1. Nature of Our Products
Our products are food items and are perishable in nature. Due to hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations, we generally do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be provided in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Product is spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
- Package is tampered with before delivery.
- Significant quantity is missing from the order.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Proof Required
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
- Brief description of the issue.
Requests without sufficient proof may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Personal taste preferences.
- Improper storage after delivery.
- Delayed complaints submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
- Minor variations in color, size, texture, or aroma that naturally occur in dried seafood products.
5. Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In some cases, we may provide a replacement product instead of a monetary refund.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
- If a replacement is approved, we will bear the replacement shipping cost.
